Infini.to is a science centre devoted to astronomy and space that contains a digital planetarium. Since its opening in September 2007, the planetarium has been one of the most essential tools for audience engagement and science communication at Infini.to. After more than fifteen years of trial and error, we have learned many lessons and identified several best practices, which we relay in this article.
